With veganism growing in popularity, the demand for vegan pancakes recipes is sky rocketing. Vegan pancakes can be so easy to make and taste just as delicious as traditional pancakes. However, it can sometimes be a challenge to find a decent recipe. There are so many pancake recipes flooding the internet and cookbooks, it’s hard to know which ones are worth trying!
I took the liberty and tested out a few different vegan pancakes recipes. I was quite pleased with some and rather disappointed with others. However, I want to share my favorites with you so you don’t have to sift through thousands of vegan pancakes recipes to find a decent one! These are all easy to make, healthy, and delicious! Bonus: they can all be easily made gluten-free (if they’re not already).

Vegan Protein Pancakes – These are simple, tasty, and the perfect way to get a nice boost of protein.
Gluten-Free Pancakes – I enjoy these ones because they’re very similar to pancakes I ate growing up. They’re easy to make, vegan, AND gluten-free.
Pumpkin Pecan Pancakes – If the name doesn’t say it all…These are DELICIOUS! They’re extremely easy to make and perfect for Fall! Not to mention, they’re loaded with healthy ingredients.
Gluten-Free Banana Flax Pancakes – The sweet banana and nutty flax are perfect together! Nutritious, simple to make, and oh so satisfying!

There are SO many delicious kinds of vegan pancakes! The 4 above are just my personal favorites. However, I hope you enjoy them as much as I do! I love these specific recipes because they’re easy, tasty, AND healthy. Additionally, they’re perfect for both vegans and those who follow a gluten-free diet. The protein pancakes are awesome for days you need an extra boost. The pumpkin pecan pancakes are amazing as a healthy, rainy day treat. I’m always experimenting with new ways to make pancakes, but these 4 recipes I keep going back to when I want something I know I’ll enjoy.
